Rowe Consulting Services is a quality management consulting firm that assists small and medium sized companies in formalizing their Quality Assurance programs to improve profitability, meet customer requirements, and prepare for ISO 9000, AS9100, or API Q1 certification. The primary consultant, Charles A. Rowe, has over 30 years of hands-on manufacturing experience to draw upon when assisting clients.
HERE IS WHAT I WILL DO FOR YOU:
- Teach you about all ISO 9000, AS9100, or API Q1 requirements and explain them in plain English
- Audit your quality system to the latest applicable Standard
- Write your Quality Assurance Manual to the ISO 9001:2008 format or to the latest AS9100 or API Q1 format as applicable
- Write your six Required Documented Procedures and include them with your QA Manual
- Show you how to format documented procedures and provide you with easy-to-use templates for optional procedures
- Provide you with ongoing free telephone or E-mail help as you prepare for certification
- Charge you a fee that is only a fraction of the cost that the large consulting firms want to charge you.
YOU WILL HAVE:
- An ISO 9000, AS9100, or API Q1 compliant quality program that will please your customers
- A Quality Assurance Manual that will be a great marketing tool
- A quality system that will be ready for certification by an outside registrar whenever you decide to do so
